"horenso" means spinach."shiraae, 白和え" means a style of Japanese dish dress some ingredient such as konnyaku, and vegetable with mashed tofu, white sesame seed, and sweet white miso (optionally).
In this photo, boiled spinach is dressed with mashed tofu, white sesame seed paste, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
