Hi I am new to your blog and I just wanted to say how much I’m loving it
I have never tried Yokan yet, I will look for it next time I am at the Nippon Shop. I recently discovered this shop and the manager was speaking Japanese to me the whole time because I said "Konnichi wa", he thought I am good at it :D Have a nice week Nobu!

I'm a sweet tooth person...nice to know that you let the world know more of your delicacies. keep it up!
My family likes yokan too, we slice it real thin and have it with tea as well. I think that's the best way to enjoy it.
I don't think I've ever tried Yokan, but in Okayama we had a similar sweet made of beans. Oishi!
