Hirame no Sashimi

hirame no sashimi Hirame is a one of flat fish.
It is a popular ingredient of sashimi among white meat fish as well as seabream.
Especialy wild Hirame is expensive.
So I went to the supermarket to buy it in late time, because I want to get it in half-price.
Hirame has plain taste and pleasant texture.

My husband likes to eat this type of sashimi. However, the Japanese restaurants in Saipan only serve three slices of this in an entire tray....
My son leaves to Japan on Thursday, and I can't wait for him to bring me back some MENTAIKO... yummy!
I always love your pictures and your presentations of food.

You will be pleased to know that I have tried (and like!) sashimi! A Japanese friend of ours would order it every time we went to dinner together and always shared with me to get me to try new things.

I love all the featured foods on your site. I feel like they are very different from the Japanese food that's typically found in the US!
